Crap location, pretty good place From: gregouix Date posted: 3/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Location is absolutley terrible. Buses are a joke. You need a car. Cars are 85/month. Crazy, when you are out of the city, most places don't charge for uncovered lots. The building is very nice inside. Apartments are nice too. Mine however had carpet which needed replacement. Granite counters, nice applicances. Construction is subpar. Rent is not bad, but utilities YIKES YIKES YIKES. Water bill too. The air conditioners aren't enough if you have a unit facing the sun in the summer. It gets reallllly hot. I disagree w/ other posters re: management. I've only dealt with Pei Pei and Kernice, I believe that is their names. Both were very friendly and helpful. Grounds are quite nice and safe. Also, never saw any bugs. Bottom line: If you want an affordable place and you are goign to have a car/moped, i'd recommend. I moved due to metro prximity. oh: W/D in unit!
