fun place to live

good mix here of renters/owners, young & older. everyone is friendly, the neighborhood is pretty & fairly safe, and the location is very accessible to both beltway & metro. the only negatives would be the lack of sound barriers, and the fact that the front doors to the buildings don't lock!
