Location is ideal with the Metro and the Rock Creek trail. The new construction of luxury condominiums, some retail, and the expansion of Strathmore Hall have already contributed to an increase in value. Since purchasing in November I have noted that this upward trend is continuing.

Condo fees are reasonable and condo management has been a pleasure to work with during my apartment renovation.
