Good, Good, but parking sticker ruined paint of my bumper

This is my 3rd place in Maryland per 1.7 years, and finally it is rather good. Before I tried Hunt Club, Gtsbrg, and FireSide, Rokv, and had to move out before my lease is up - both places were unbearable.
This community is nearly perfect - for the tree month my only concern was horrible, all-penetrating squeak, which produced by floor of the upstairs apartment - it is not very pleasant at 6am. But it is understandable - buildings are rather old. Everything else was OK.
However, couple of days ago I got another problem:
In order to park my car on the territory of the complex, Parkside provided me with the bumper parking sticker and with the statement "please put it on your bumper or your car will be towed away".
I did as I was told (I would never put any sticker on the bumper by my own free will - it is not in fashion among my friends). Couple of days ago I found that the Parkside parking sticker (on the bumper of the car) got partially disconnected from the surface, damaging the paint of my car bumper.
As the answer to my plea for reimbursement (it will cost me couple of hundred dollars to fix the damage), I received the letter:

Please be advised that Prkside is not responsible for paint damage to private passenger automobiles that result from bumper stickers peeling the pant of the vehicle. These stickers are affixed vehicle by the owner of the vehicle and not Prkside employees and as a result should damage occur the claimant can seek recovery from his/her private insurance carrier.
Additionally, stickers are required by the county in order for owners to park legally in designated areas and must respectfully deny any liability on the part of Parkside Condominium Association.
