Excellent Dwelling From: Marcus221 Date posted: 2/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 2 responses   Parkside is centrally-located, shopping, rosk creek park, Strathmore Music hall, and 10" drive to downtown. The pool and tennis facilities are well maintained, as are the landscaping grounds. Management, however, is poor, hanging on by appointment due to owner/renter low board meeting turn-out. Management could be changed or forced to improve via active tenant participation.
