I love living at Parkside. The condo office is very on top of things. In response to the other review that mentions the continual inspections, the management company comes in once a year to make sure things are working properly that if broken could adversely affect your neighbors. Ex: they check your plumbing to make sure you're not about to have a leak that could affect the unit below. The snow is always plowed right away, the grounds are kept up beautifully and they have 24-hr on-call maintenance program for a one-time fee of $50. My one complaint: The walls are a little thin so if you have noisy neighbors, you will definitely hear them.
