Hi, I haven't lived here but I would like to confirm what the other two reviewers wrote.

I took a tour of PK towers (the high rise) when recently looking for a place to live. The tour started with a resident complaining to the staff memeber about the blocked shower that hadn't been fixed for the past five days!

The staff member and I then took an elevator to the third floor where I noticed my first potential neighbor, a nice 1 incher scaling the hallway wall. We continued into the apartment, it look really nice and was very spacious and sunny (it was winter and it was facing the South side). We then went out and waited for the elevator to go down to the basement to see the washing facilities and it was then that I met my next potential neighbor, another nice 1 incher sprinting across the elevator wall!! When we got to the basement, there was a lot of activity and comotion....but there were no people there! Yep, tens of the little scoundrals running around and a number of them lying dead in the hallway going towards the back door. People, it didn't take long for me to realize that I didn't want these creatures as my neighbors!
