Management: Totally incompetent, rude to the point of being nasty...you better make sure you live to the letter of the law because that is how they work. They work to rule. If by law they have only to give 24 hours notice to turn power and or water off you can be sure they will not give a minute more.

Laundry: The laundry room is filthy, overrun by cockroaches and your clothes get stolen. There are 6 washers and 6 dryers which is not nearly enough but then again at any given time only half of them work. I have lost over $100 in broken machines and have not seen a penny of it returned.

Building: Filthy, delapidated, rundown, leaking, smelly and overrun by roaches and more importantly mice.

Other issues: Management will do everything in their power to stop you expressing any negative feelings about the place. I tried twice to organise a residents committee to bring our problems to management. Not to my surprise the notices were removed within hours. There are a litany of other problems, too many to even name so I will leave it at that.
