Good for a young person's first place

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I had lived in the midrise for a year and half. I had things fixed immediately. The only things I could complain about are the ROACHES they can't seem to get rid of, and how dark it gets when the power goes out. Otherwise, the rent was fine and the space was huge.
