Urine, Vomit, Roaches, Crime, Filth, Fires, Fuel Oil Fumes, Carbon Monoxide., Flooded Laundry Room, Feces in WAshers. Management with an IQ of about 75. Run by Montgomery County Housing Opportunity. Trust me, they don't care about YOU, the safety of children, sanitation, privacy, or basic hygeine. HOC has violated the law on numerous occasions. Tenants have formed a group and gone to HOC meetings with no results.
