Pooks Hill Towers is owned by Montgomery County's Housing Opportunities Commission, and thus, is run as government-owned housing.
This high-rise community was built in 1949 and acquired by HOC in 1992.

Management changes every 8-12 months. EAch has different pet policies. Noise is a constant problem, fighting and partying at all hours. Management does not enforse carpet regulations. Smoke filters from apts into the dirty hallways. Questionables lurk about...don't do your laundry… Full Review ▶
