forgettable for the rent paid From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I expected much better when I signed a lease soon after construction ended on these apartments. The building is average bordering nice, and the location is good. But the management are very rude and unresponsive to the tenants needs. I eventually got to the point where I had a knot in my stomach before every time I had to deal with them. This was the case for neighbors I talked to as well. All they care about is making more $$$. Want an example' When we signed the lease they were advertising the amenity of a brand new state of the art business center. This never materialized, but now in the room that was designated for it... a masseuse charging exhorbitant rates, a large chunk of which I'm sure go back to the owners. Parking rates are insane as well, they have a completely empty 3 story garage and they still charge $150 a month. Don't be led on by their fast talk, you can have a much more enjoyable experience in another building.
