Wonderful From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Rosedale Park along with the other communities Magruder runs are fantastic! If you need to rent a home and not just an apartment go for one! Persons who rate this community as loud should not live in the city its is quite for where you are. Staff is extremly pleasant and helpful.
