Paper thin walls. Want to hear you neighbors bicker, fart, burp, and have sex? move to rosedale! Want incompetent management who doesn't give a crap about the tenants after they sign the lease? Come to rosedale! Want to smell everyone else's cigarette smoke? Come to rosedale!

On second thought, if you value your sanity, stay far, far away.
