The truth about Rosedale Park. The management and other staff members are o.k .and they response to your maintainence problems quickly. However the building is crap. The HVAC system and hot water heater are especially noisy. This is a new building there is no excuse accept cheap. Everything in my apartment is falling apart the blinds, the tub is rusting, the doors are falling off hinges. This is unreal. They put the cheapest products they could find in this apartment. To the person who said the walls are thick and that the building is secure. The truth is you must have quiet neighbors. The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor cough not to mention everything else, you can smell your neighbors food. Talk about living on top of each other. And the building is not secure. The entrance to the garage is on the side of the building and the door is open all day from 7:00 in the morning until 10:00 at night. Anyone can drive/walk in and out. There are no cameras in the garage. The front door is unlocked during the day even on days when the office is closed and there is no one at the desk. One last thing. Don't move here needing closet space. If you are looking for a place for a short term, as I was this place is o.k. If you want to be someplace for a long time keep looking. For the money I think you can find better. The granite countertops are just not enough.
