The apartments are very nice. They used quality fixtures in everywhere and I NEVER hear the folks on either side or above us. Also, the staff is really friendly and very helpful. The rent is on par, if not better, than other buildings in Bethesda, especially considering most of the other buildings are really old. I agree with the earlier posting, however, that the HVAC could be quieter.
