I'm military and here in Bethesda for school. I've lived in 11 different apartment complexes, lived on base, owned two houses, and even lived in the jungle in a tent. I am quite pleased with the RP living experience. The staff is very friendly and seems to bend over backwards to help solve problems. The apartments are clean, modern, and pretty quite. I cannot comment about the parking as I don't need a car-- the Metro is 4 blocks away (Med center).
This place is definately worth the price you pay in rent!
