Rosedale Park

Disaster from the very beginning. Not helpful at all when we first moved in, we were coming from out of state and apparently you can't reserve an elevator after 4 PM, which we were never told. Also there is no cargo elevator, which makes moving in extremely difficult, our previous apt. had a cargo bay and totally separate cargo elevator (in addition to the two "people" elevators) which I think every large apt. building should have. Maintenance problems, water leaks etc., also problems with the hot water and the heat. This is a new building, there is no excuse, basically I think it was built in a shoddy fashion. We have found the management to be extremely difficult to work with. Also they have had several burglaries recently and actually had the gall to pass around a memo essentially blaming the residents for not locking both locks when they leave the apt. Again, not to compare, but our prior residence had 24-hour security, cameras, the works. This building does not have night security/watchman which considering the rent is ridiculous. Can't wait to leave.
