This place is nothing shy of a disaster! The Mgt company can only spout out verbiage such as "that is our policy". They do not accept responsibility for anything. The staff are unorganized and rude at best! When I moved in I noticed that the door to my apartment did not lock. I was told not to worry about it because we are located in a "secure building". The building is so secure that the litany of recent burgularies have been blamed on tenants. The letter from the Management Company did not reference any concern for the safety of their residents nor did they state what they would be doing to ensure a safe living environment for tenants. The correspondence did inform residents that it is their responsbility to keep the place safe. The crimes took place nearly 2 weeks ago and the residents were just informed yesterday. If you value your life stay away from this train wreck of a building!!!
