NO From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   At first as a prospective tenant Rosedale Park seems like a nice enough place. Not quite worth the money, but a decent enough location. The problems we encountered with leasing staff were just ridiculous. They were fine until they got our application fee, promising to hold the apartment we were interested in and calling often. As soon as they received the fee, it was like they wanted nothing to do with us and were utterly rude. It got so bad dealing with them that I was left with no place to stay, 2 days from my would be move-in date. On top of that each leasing agent would consistently contradict the previous ones statements, leaving us in the dark. I agree with a previous poster that they use, "that is our policy" as an excuse for poor service and even incompetence. I should have listened to advice I received previously and not even considered Rosedale Park. In the end I felt cheated.
