At first as a prospective tenant Rosedale Park seems like a nice enough place. Not quite worth the money, but a decent enough location.

The problems we encountered with leasing staff were just ridiculous. They were fine until they got our application fee, promising to hold the apartment we were interested in and calling often. As soon as they received the fee, it was like they wanted nothing to do with us and were utterly rude. It got so bad dealing with them that I was left with no place to stay, 2 days from my would be move-in date.
On top of that each leasing agent would consistently contradict the previous ones statements, leaving us in the dark. I agree with a previous poster that they use, "that is our policy" as an excuse for poor service and even incompetence.

I should have listened to advice I received previously and not even considered Rosedale Park. In the end I felt cheated.

Really !!! I love these people..I have had no problem with them. They treat me like a guest in their home. I'm sure there must be somehting your not sharing. Didn't someone tell you if you can say anything nice "dont' say anything at all"!

I am being up front about my experience with them. In fact, I was quite fair in my review and could have been even more harsh after the treatment we received. As for the "don't say anything at all" comment, I believe this website is for reviews, whether they be good or bad. People should know what they are getting into with this company and their staff. Then again, you sound like you might be one of the staff...or maybe you did have a good experience with them, but that doesn't fix the way we were treated.

"Grow up!!! and move on:(" Serious grammatical errors and the inability to articulate their thoughts aside, I think the people who responded to this post don't really understand what a scathing review looks like. This was a fair post, one which mirrored my experience with this building. I may be biased as a result, but chastising somebody (or at least attempting to) for critiquing an apartment on a website, whose sole purpose is to review apartments, may be one of the silliest things I've seen on the internet.

This is so juvenile! This is the last time I will look at this website. Why not generate your time and energy on something worthwhile?
