There are many other quality buildings in the Bethesda area, so don't rent here at the Seasons or the other disgusting buildings he owns, which are Fairmont Plaza and Crescent Plaza.
Do a Google search on Nathan Landow. He is a very shady character with links to organized crime and obstruction of justice. The Office of Independent Counsel and FBI have investigated him at one time or another.
Then do a Lexis Nexis search on him to see all the legal problems he has had.
He owns Fairmont Plaza, Crescent Plaza and The Seasons Apartments in Bethesda. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THESE BUILDINGS. Nathan Landow is criminal and a bad landlord. AVOID! There are plenty of other quality apartments in Bethesda to rent from.
Management is bad. Maintenance is inept and replaces broken stuff with old stuff taken from vacant apartments.
The building has problems with ants and roaches (yuck). There is trash everywhere. The maintenance staff does not remove trash frequently so it sits and accumulates.
Building owner Nathan Landow is a lonely, aging, unattractive, heavyset man and several years ago tried to proposition a young twenty-something woman employee and then fired her. In addition to being greedy and morally bankrupt, he also doesn't know much about the law. Rumor was he had to pay out the nose to settle that and several other civil lawsuits filed against him.
