Maintenance poor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   On multiple occasions I have had problems and they have taken way too long to fix! Though the studio is a nice size for a studio, still a little pricey since the new kitchen put in. The last maintenance problem took them WEEKS to fix. Parking, of course is expensive and annoying to find a spot if you dont pay an arm and a leg for garage parking. It isn't the worst place, but definitely not the best.
