| 05/18/2013 | Like many other posters, we have lived here for some time. We are not the longest tenants; however, we have been here for a while. Recently, we received notice of a rent increase for our unit, but the wrong tenant name. This is nothing new as the management team has lost our tenant file in the home office three times in the years that we have been here. Not only was the name incorrect, they had the incorrect rent amount. They also had an incorrect rent adjustment that was mathematically flawed.
