i am moving out ot the topaz house for one simple reason ...

they neglected to repair the leaky roof/ceiling in my apartment.

as a result of their negligence, i now have a damaged tv, cello, personal photos, and numerous cds which they refuse to repair.

the manager actually called and asked me to move my instruments because it was going to rain!!

as a result, i highly recommend that you do not rent from the topaz house, especially on the 11th floor or you will certainly get rained upon.
