This previous poster obviously had issues. I have lived in this complex for several years now. The staff is really kind, the facility is well-maintained even prior to moving in and are willing to accomidate your needs if you have an issue. While the neighborhood is undergoing major construction projects, this is still a prime spot for a great apartment in DC. The price is a little less then the neighborhood norm BUT the fact is they offer much less in terms of ameneties.
