Extremely rude front desk staff that could give a &*(&*&; they chat on the phone and get annoyed when you ask them for your mail; Garage door stuck open for days; anyone can get in this building at any time; doors from the garage don't always lock properly; this is just inviting crime with all the bars and drunks in the neighborhood; management could care less; they say there is no crime in Bethesda; crime is worse in Bethesda than in many areas in D.C.; short front desk guy during the weekdays incredibly rude and mean. He was terrible to my elderly, terminally ill father who is the sweetest man on earth and just asked a simple question. He was rude and obnoxious to my brother; he threw a package at me. Apartments are large but it is just a matter of time before someone is raped, killed etc. in this building. Elevators are beyond bad; Yoga studio in building; yoga students filling elevator so residents can't get on;

with your negative attitude, my question for you is whether you were nice to the staff... somehow, I doubt it.
