Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1993
Having lived there and worked there (desk clerk from 1967-1970) I find it amazing that after almost 40 years there is still a pretty even split on the numbers of tenants who love and hate this building. In 1967 it was the post construction complaints and it sounds like in 2005 it's the pre-destruction complaints...I hope the current front desk staff enjoys their world as much as we did in the late 60s.
P.S. The Parking garage was always a nightmare. The elevators always malfunctioned, and the largest problem we had with the AC/Heat system was educating the tenants how to switch from heat to ac and back.
