Better than it could be.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
This place is a great place for a person who just got out of college. The location is just where you want to be if you are looking for something to do. The apartments are huge and the cost is worth the place.
In the 6 months that I have been living there, I have seen great improvments, and they are still going on. Parking garage is a tad bit sketchy, but at least they have a place to park that is coverd.
