We moved in more than a year ago and the more we live here the more we like it. The location is awesome. walkable to Metro and dozens of restaurants & summer festivals in downtown Bethesda. Since they remodeled the building, it's been very pleasant here. parking is great except the new garage door opener doesn't always work. Maintenance is pretty good and very responsive. the main manager is great. she knows everything and is very helpful. the other leasing staff are not so good. we've gotten conflicting info from them so many times, we now just talk to the main manager. My only real complaint is the noise in the neighborhood. there are several bars & nightclubs nearby and we hear a lot of their noise on the weekends, but that's only if our window's open.
