Overall, this is a great place to live. Cheaper than it's next door neighbor and the apartments are much larger. They respond quickly to maintainance requests. The rooftop pool is a definite plus. The apartments are built well, because I can hear virtually NO NOISE from neighboring apartments. I recommend getting an apartment with a balcony.
