This is a follow-up to my 4/18/2002 posting. I've now lived here for almost 10 years. Generally speaking, the staff are friendly and helpful, which is nice. The entire building was renovated (not fun to live through) but it has made a difference. While it is one of the cheaper places in Bethesda, the rent increases are well above the rate of inflation. My last increase was almost 10%. Typical increases have been 4-6%. This probably explains why many move out after a year or two. Other than that, my only real complaint is that there are several high traffic businesses located on the top floor, which tie up the elevators at certain times.
