Wow where to begin. I've live in Triangle Towers for about 1 year and it's the worst building I've ever lived in. They let resident's cats roam and defecate in the hallways, the office staff - Diana and team are beyond incompetent as well as downright rude and never follow up or follow thru on residents apartment needs - she either forgets or blames the county, state, or something else. The elderly woman at the front desk at nights is usually either too busy watching tv, reading, or in many cases sleeping and is rude to residents when requesting either packages or asking the front office to call them back. Structurally the building has problems even though the common areas were renovated within the past year and a half - purely cosmetic not functional. The elevators are broken half of the time and there have been electrical problems in the building - in fact there was an electrical fire in the building last year. Earlier in the year a major pipe broke leaking water through many floors which management never replaced the carpet or electrical fixtures. Many of the apartments have mold spores growing in their HVAC heating/air conditioning systems. Parking in the garage is a problem and many cars have been damaged from drivers backing into other cars due to improper design. So if you're looking to pay a steep price to have your belongings damaged, absolutely no service or rather have office folks be rude to you and not follow up, like the smell of trash in your hallways with a few cat turds here & there, folks yelling & screaming at each other as they leave the bars at 2AM in the morning, enjoy mold spores that will give you upper respiratory problems, front desk folks that loose mail and packages, and a kitchen with appliances that are easily 20 years old then this is your place.

I've posted 2 reviews for Triangle Towers over the course of my 10 years living here. It's not perfect but the experience in this review is not like mine. The night desk clerk is unfailingly kind and helpful. In my experience, any problem brought to management's attention is addressed within 24 hours. I've never seen cat feces in any hallway. I did see a poster declaring that a cat was found roaming the halls so perhaps that was the source. But it's not commonplace. Finally, yes, there is a lot of noise from the bars late at night. That's the price we pay for living in the center of the downtown area.

I lived in Triangle Towers for 3 years (I left just last year) and absolutely loved it. It is the best bargain in downtown Bethesda, hands down. Unlike the author of the negative review, I must say that I found the team at Triangle Towers to be unfailingly helpful and that they went above and beyond the call of duty nearly every time I requested their assistance and/or put in a maintenance ticket. The front desk folks were very friendly and reliable. I NEVER had any problems parking in the garage -rather, I found it a great convenience given the lack of any non-metered parking in Bethesda. NEVER saw any cat feces anywhere. The location is perfect: loved the lively sounds of people in the streets, the art festivals, the restaurants, the shops the farmers market etc etc etc! (And well, frankly, if that's the kind of thing I didn't like, I would have chosen a place somewhere outside the downtown area... (!) ) Great place to live, would recommend it to anyone, and miss it dearly. Had it gone condo, I would have stayed.

I lived at Triangle Towers in the past for about 5 years and I must say it is definately the place to live. The team at Triangle Towers inlcuding management is AWESOME! Diana catered to my every need and request if her team couldn't help me but I must say she has a wonderful team that would do just about anything to make a resident happy. So contrary to the person that wrote such a negative review Triangle Towers is the place to call HOME!
