I noticed the Westwood Towers because it has the best rating in the whole Bethesda/Rockville area in this website (100% recommended). Indeed it is the best. The building is very well maintained by a very efficient team; the service is even better than what you can expect at a 3-star hotel. Many amenities include: fitness room, 24-hour concierge and security, free coffee, free utilities, to name a few. My apartment is very quiet thanks to the wall-to-wall carpet in every room, and is very well heated in this cold winter. Location is very convenient and safe. So far I cannot find anything I'm unhappy about this apartment. The only thing I wonder is, with some 200 units there, why the Westwood Towers gets so few reviews in this website!

The reviewer mentions "free utilities", so it would follow that their PEPCO bill is $0 per month on average.
