I lived here from January 2007 to May 2008. Overall, it was okay. We had a bad problem with roaches the summer we lived there, but the management was very helpful about getting an exterminator to come in. Our apartment was quite big, but did not have a lot of storage space. And we had a great balcony, but not much of a view. Overall, I was pretty happy with it, but do not miss it much either. The biggest problem was the location; it is 1.5 miles from the metro so you need a car. There are 2 bus lines nearby that go to the metro. (parking is cheap/free however) And there isn't anything good around the apartment, save for the bowling ally. There is a grocery store, starbucks, and rite aid right accross the street, which makes up for the bad location. The management is very helpful and responsive.
