We have lived at the Whitney for a short period of time, only since June 2009 and have enjoyed our apartment. The amenities such as the 24 hr concierge service, the pool all summer long, and the gym allow us the flexibility of using these services with ease and friendly service. The Whitney is in a perfect area as we walk to the many restaraunts and shops and is easier than driving. The Metro is one block away alllowing easy acess to the great neighborhoods in the district.

We had a few small maintenace problems when we first moved in and all were taken care of the same day or the next day with friendly service from the maintenance staff, specifically from Leo (Elliot).

We recently had our first child and have enjoyed the family and pet-friendly atmosphere of the other tenants in the building.

obviously, another management employee. The management at The Whitney has never been known for expediency or efficient service.
