It's a lot of money and it doesn't look "jet set"

It's very costly for what you get. I've lived in Miami on Brickell Key Island, for that money you get a little better and you are on an island with about ten high rise condos and high rise apartment rentals plus a Mandarin Oriental Hotel..ridiculous..Move into a fast paced "DC" building, don't pay this for a building not too far from "Montgomery Mall".
