The HVAC system is so loud you need ear plugs when you neighbors system is on. My washer and dryer is so loud I refuse to use it. Everything in my apartment is falling apart. The apartment is only two years old. The parking garage is dark and scary and their is no security. The lease states that they do not accept responsible for providing security. I refuse to deal with management the people are rude and stupid and thats the truth. It is very expensive and you get nothing for you money. I am one of the lucky ones, my lease was for three months and I will be paroled in February. It is a good place if you have a pet. All types and sizes of pet are allowed. If you do not need a place for a pet, don't move here. You can find an apartment that is much better quality. The apartments are poor quality, the appliances suck, no soundproofing although they will tell the apartments are insulated for sound and you smell everything you neighbors cook in your apartment.
