THE WHITNEY SUCKS!!!!!

The Apartment complex is actually nice. The apartments are quite ... execpt for the constant construction going on at all times day and night. It would start at about 5 am everyday. The management is Incompetent at best. In particular --------- ----- who's best feature is his constant 3 day ----------- ------ ----. Be very careful about what he tells you when you sign on for your lease. I would not trust him as far and I could throw him. Otherwise the Whitney is very overpriced. You can easily find better deals around town. In short ... look elsewhere.
