The Whitney is a great place to live! It's beautiful inside and out. You can walk everywhere!
However.. It is very clear that the front office treats people unfairly here. They tend to be rude and not very helpful. This makes it difficult to approach them.
The front desk team during the week is great, always helpful and have a smile on their faces. I wish the weekend help was as good!
Maint. team is great as well. They are always smiling and saying hello and are very helpful.
