Don't let the pre-2009 reviews misguide you - I moved here in Sept. 2009 and so far the experience has been great. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful, as are the staff. Looks are deceiving I agree this is a great neighborhood, safe and convenient to highways and yes you can hear everything above your apartment.
Management has some issues.
The resident manager arrives at 10am and is completely useless and unprofessional!!!
