Triangle Towers

4853 Cordell Ave., Bethesda, MD 20814

08/30/14 by Verified Resident: There are good reasons I picked Triangle Towers. First is the location. Everything is in Walking distance. News Express in attached to the building and has groceries, Fed EX, ATM, magazines, wine, western union, etc. Then there is the circulator bus. I take it to go to the other side of Bethesda to go to Bethesda Row which has a movie house, barnes & Noble, Jaleo's, and many other fine more

Bethesda Hill

5114 Dudley Lane, Bethesda, MD 20814

08/29/14 by Verified Resident: I am very satisfied with my overall experience at Bethesda Hill Apartments. There are very few pet-friendly communities in the area and I think this is one of the best. Apartments and facilities are in great condition, customer service is outstanding and the community is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. more

Topaz House

4400 East West Highway, Bethesda, MD 20814

03/06/14 by Renter__7: Topaz House is a very pleasant place to live and very weel located in downtown Bethesda. The manager, Mrs. Poupee Nisos, is a fine lady, very kind and supportive with the tenants more

Westwood Towers

5401 Westbard Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20816

07/08/14 by Joesmoe1980: I have lived here for a few months now and I really like it. The office staff is always so genuinely kind. Anytime I see any of the staff throughout the building they are always smiling. The property even has community events. Last week they had a big catered bbq dinner, it was a great opportunity to meet other tenants in the building. Maintenance can be a little slow in responding to minor more

Chelsea Tower

7401 Westlake Terrace, Bethesda, MD 20817

07/14/14 by bramchris: We have owned a condo at Chelsea Tower for many years. It is an excellent place to live--the location is fantastic, within walking distance of Montgomery Mall, but on a quiet cul de sac. We overlook Cabin John Park, so we enjoy the walking trails, baseball games, tennis courts, and ice rink. The building is well-maintained and the landscaping is lovely. more

The Whitney

7707 Wisconsin Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814

08/29/14 by Verified Resident: Good location in Bethesda, with backside of building to quiet Bethesda community. Easy access to running trails. Short walk to downtown Bethesda (8-10 minutes) and even shorter walk to Bethesda metro (5 minutes). Building management and staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Only downside is expense - but that is what you get for living in Bethesda. A few apartment complexes in Bethesda are more

Bethesda Place

7701 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814

08/25/14 by anonymous: Not a bad place to live for a year. The main thing to know is that the building is extremely corporate, almost to a fault. For instance, after we moved in they instituted a "mandatory renter's insurance" policy for all lease renewals and required us to go through the hassle of setting up a policy after we'd already given our notice, even though we only had to extend our more

The Morgan

12000 Chase Crossing Circle, Bethesda, MD 20852

03/31/14 by anonymous: My husband and I have lived at the Morgan since 2007 and have no intention of moving out anytime soon. We moved here from a large house so we feel lucky to have a ground floor unit with an attached garage so it feels almost like a single family home. I can walk out of my patio door into a courtyard that is kept up pretty well and I don t have to do any work on it. The pros of living here are more

The Metropolitan

7620 Old Georgetown Road, Bethesda, MD 20814

08/21/14 by Verified Resident: The building's close location to metro, grocery store and Bethesda Row is ideal. Rooftop pool and 24-hour gym are building's perks. Overall, the staff is friendly. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed, which is another added perk. The building is somewhat outdated, which doesn't justify the pricey rent costs. Its location as well as proximity to two fire stations makes falling more
