I am a current tenant of Autumn Woods and I have read all of the previous statements in reference to these apartments. I have to admit that after reading some,I was greatly disturbed to find that some areas of this complex are suffering so from the use of the property for drug trafficing and usage.



I was also disturbed to find that some tenants were having problems with loiterers. Now although I cannot discount their experiences here at Autumn Woods,I have to be honest and say that for the time that I have been here (3Years) I have not experienced those things.



I will give credence to the fact that the walls are extremely thin and for the money that they charge to stay here I feel that the materials used to build these newly remodeled apartments should have been of a higher quality. But having come from a worse neighborhood into this one I have to say that my overall experience has been pretty good.



My neighbors are respectable of each others persons and property. We all look out for each other and each others children. I feel fortunate to have been moved into the building that I am in. I really have no complaints other than the rent.



I feel that before anyone makes a judgement about whether or not they would like to move into any area they need to access the things that mean the most to them. You can always go to the local police dept. and get a copy of all types of crime reports for at least the previous year. You can talk to the local schools and get their opinions of a certain area. Finally, if you are really considering moving into a neighborhood you need to visit that neighborhood on different days and hours and monitor the activity for yourself.



Once you have done those things I feel that it is a matter of choice as to whether or not you can live in this neighborhood.

Finally, you need to always remeber that no neighborhood is perfect and they all have their problems. Just because the problem may not exist in that neighborhood today doesn?t mean that the problem makers won?t move from my neighborhood into yours tommorow.
