i currently live at autumn wood, been living there for 6 months now and as far as the neighborhood goes you hear an ambulance ever other night 2 or 3 people have either gotten shot or killed, boys hanging around the store, kids hanging out in the hallway, hall and stairway are always dirty. that would be my only problem with the neighborhood. i haven't had any problem with hearing my neighbor through the walls or any problem with appliances. i do plan on moving when my lease is up because i think it is extremely too small of an apt. Parking is also terrible
if you don't make it home by 6pm when everyone else get home you wil have to park on the street far from home.
