Autumn Woods is an okay place to live for those on budget like myself and my husband. However they have too many conditions to take into consideration. First, they will only accept money orders for payment. There's hardly any parking for residents. And some residents have more than two cars. You can't have visitors unless they have a visitor's pass. After your first two passes that's it! They will tow your car any time of day and don't care. Stay at home moms, keep your home businesses under raps! Tell them your having a party or something. The neighborhood is always littered with trash. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything your neighbors talk about and smell everything they are cooking. I wouldn't stay here another year.

I currently live here. A few days ago I was held up at gun point entering my apartment. When I told the management about it, they stated that I would have a $50 lock change fee. They didn't even care that I was almost killed on their property. What people say about the noise is absolutely correcty. YOu can hear every footstep, every phone call, everything. In my 4 years of living here, I have not only been held up, but my car has been broken into twice, and it has also been vandalized. If I were you I would not move in here. There is no sense of safety and if something happens, the management doesn't care.
