I lived in a one bedroom. The apartments are big with a bar,diswasher and full balcony. Cable and gas were also included with the rent. I never had a problem with roaches. However maintenence does have to be called several times before any response is hears for any problem. Bathroom trash disposal(in the parking lots) and laundromat are the two main problems. Parking is very strict, the contracted tow company bends the rules just to tow cars and the management allows this.
