I am a tenant at Autumn Woods and has been a tenant there since it was called Sun Ridge Apts. The newly renolvated apartments are nice and up to date; but, for the price its totally not worth it! The apartments were remodeled with cheap materials. You can actually hear your neighbors conversations, babies crying, dogs barking, love making etc. as if they are physically in your apartment; not to mention if the neighbor is smoking or cooking it smells like they're doing it in your apt. Currently there is no Property Manager; therefore, the property isnt being managed by anyone. They do not respond to complaints and have more than enough excuses on why they do not have a property Mgr. For $800-1200/month, take my advice, go buy a house! Honestly speaking the old apartments were much better(privacy) than these new ones, they suck.
