I have been living there since 2004, and I am not renewing my lease. When I first moved around there it was okay. The rental office I never had problems out of them. But now it is terrible. I am sooo tired of those spanish people over top of me banging on the floor all the time. I still dont have a copy of my lease that I renewed last May, and the rental office staff is unprofessional. One of my biggest things that I cannot stand is the visitor parking. You only get 2 visitor passes and if you lose them they will never replace them ever. Even if you live there for 10 years you will never get another one. They tell you to tell your visitors to park on the street would if you have someone that is handicapp or the whether is bad. Also the people around there are hood, me and my husband are constantly hearing this one couple cuss each other out all the time. The appliances in my apartment are outdated.
