This is the only place of several that I've got on to actually rate. And I only do it because I don't want anyone else to make the mistake of living here. For a while I ignored things some of which were not completely the manager's fault. I ignored waking up in the middle of the night a couple months ago to the apartment complex being on fire. This place tries to lure you in with whatever special they have at the time, because they know you will not like the place. Yes there is a raccoon problem, which hasn't really bothered me that much. And I understand we're close to the woods, so there are going to be spiders, but there are a ton of spiders. I read one guy say that the managers don't have patience with their tenants because of the way the tenants are. But that's not true, the managers once they have you want nothing to do with you again.

One day my car wasn't starting, so I popped the hood to see if I could see something. An Autumn Woods person driving by on a golfcart pulled over and told me I can't do any mechanical work in the parking lot. That was ridiculous, if not for the fact that I'm incapable of working on a car anyway I probably would have had some serious words with him.

I've put in 2 complaints of neighbors doing illegal substances downstairs, and yet nothing has changed there.

I would recommend this apt to someone I truly hate.
