I have been living in AWA for about 6 months now and at first I was not happy with the leasing consultant (Shawn). I called and spoke with Tatianna and she corrected the misunderstanding/mistake in a hurry and made me feel comfortable about the decision I was making. I feel it is not the "apartment" that has the rodents it is how you live and when you live next or around nasty people that is what will happen. The rent its getting a little crazy for the size of some of the apartments, but its not so bad. It is how you live and how you make the experience. I haven't been here long but it has been ok so far.
