Parents please do not let your students live here! In the last 2 years management has changed 5 times! They are irresponsible and do not care about the safety of the residents! Rapes and break-ins have occurred and the residents are not informed! The place is trashy and not taken care of!

I am considering moving to Autumn Woods. I work late nights will not be getting home sometimes until 11:30p. Would this be a safe place to live for a single women coming in late at night by herself? How are the apartments kept up?

The apartments are kept of well. However this is a bad neighborhood. There have been killings. There are always alot of fights and it is a drug infested resedential area.
