Well I have been living in Autumn Woods for 2 and a half years now. I live in a 3 bedroom apartment and to be honest the place is not as bad as people think it is. I have 3 children and for the most part I have had no problems. I have lots of parking were I live and it is very convenent for us. There is a school right across the street, a store not to far and other things in the neighborhood for the kids to do. The center is not to far and they always have something for the kids to do. Wal-mart and other shopping centers are near. As far as the staff in the office I only had one problem with one person. But I got that straight off the back and never anything after that. So for the most part I like the place and I think they do a great job at trying to keep it clean. It's not so much of the office staff alot of it is the people that live in the complex. No to put down anyone on section 8 because God knows I wish I had it. But when you live in a complex that accepts section 8 alot of people don't care and they take advantage of what they instead of taking care of it. For us hard working people that have to pay rent straight up, they make things hard for us.
